WebOne of the users is not able to receive external email any more. All I did was created a new mailbox for him on Exchange1 server and deleted his original mailbox on Exchange2 server. I have tried from my personal gmail and the user did not receive it but I have not received an undeliverable message back yet (been close to an hour now).
