WebFND is an awful condition that affects many people. If you ask a neurologist they will say it isn't rare, up to 20% of their patients are diagnosed with FND. The kick in the ass, though, is that an FND diagnosis is often a diagnosis for the sake of a diagnosis. The rate for misdiagnosis with FND is outrageous, and worse for women.
